Public announcement: Lat Bua Luang District has issued a notice (form SD.39) for registered military reservists born in B.E. 2546 (the Year of the Goat), entering their twenty-first year in B.E. 2566, to report in person to receive their military service summons.

At the Lat Bua Luang District Office, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province, starting from today until December 31, B.E. 2566, during official working hours, anyone who is unable to receive the summons personally must have a trusted individual receive it on their behalf. This individual must be of legal age and provide a notarized power of attorney from the individual to whom the summons is addressed.
