On April 5, B.E. 2566, the Lat Bua Luang Subdistrict Municipality's Early Childhood Development Center organized an activity on making salted eggs, as part of Phase 2 of the "Project Approach" – specifically, the "Egg" activity. The children participated in the activity themselves, with teachers providing guidance and assistance. This activity aimed to help the children develop their five senses and learn about food preservation techniques. They would observe the eggs as they were being preserved, learning to follow the various steps involved until the eggs were fully cured and ready to eat.
