Documents accompanying the building permit application, including construction, modification, and demolition, are as follows:
1. Provide a copy of the document proving ownership of the building.
2. A document certifying the owner's representation
3. The document must clearly identify the person as the manager or representative. (In cases where the legal entity is the one applying for permission)
4. One set of site plan, architectural drawings, and accompanying reports.
5. Calculations, 1 set. (This refers to buildings that are public, special-use, or constructed primarily with durable and fire-resistant materials.)
6. Building demolition measures, 1 set. (This refers to buildings that are public, special-use, or constructed primarily with durable and fire-resistant materials.)
7. The certificate of authorization for the architect or building designer, as well as copies of the building design and calculation documents and professional licenses, must be provided by the authorized architect or building designer. (In cases where the building's design or size falls under the jurisdiction of a professional architectural or engineering control board, as defined by the relevant legislation.)
8. A certificate of approval from the project supervisor and a copy of the professional license for the architectural or engineering supervisor. 9. A certificate of authorization to practice as a licensed architect or licensed professional engineer, issued by either the architect or the engineering council, as appropriate.
